Folk Hero is a really enjoyable action roguelite with a unique atmosphere and challenging combat. I love the pixel-art style and the Slavic fantasy setting, which make the world feel different from other games in the genre. The combat is satisfying because it rewards patience, good timing, and learning enemy patterns rather than simply button-mashing. I also enjoy experimenting with different weapons, runes, and artifacts to find combinations that work best for me. The difficulty can be unforgiving at times, and I'd love to see more variety in events, enemies, and long-term progression to make each run feel even more rewarding. The recent visual improvements are also a nice step forward. ...
