When this EP first came out, it was glitched beyond measure and failed to deliver. The Asylum building, while beautiful, initially did nothing but sit there and sometimes spawn managers. Fast forward to the present, and they actually patched it so that it works. The Asylum now gives a permanent boost to Healthcare and makes those who enter without illness less likely to get it fora short time. This is one of my favorite EPs because of the building. It's no "Joint Venture" or "Waterborne", but it's close. The mission is very hard, close to torment, which is something I like in the "Tropico" series.
