General: Very Positive en Steam

It felt like there was something here once. In 2023/4 this had all the makings of a quietly intuitive and grounded experience. Among the amalgam of similar-ish titles, this one for me had the edge. Ballistics felt tight, point fire in particular felt exceptional- sound staging was excellent. The AI felt dynamic; sneaky; alive. Performance was solid, and it felt as though left but to the whims of time and effort we'd arrive some place fairly satisfying. Playing it today in contrast is nothing short of a dumbfounding experience. All of its iterating and tinkering can be quickly surmised as a net negative.
