General: Very Positive en Steam

At about 2 hours actual gameplay in, I'd describe it as just okay. It's one of the few metroidvanias where you can't actually attack, so unconventional might also be apt, and as a result, every encounter is about avoiding damage, where boss fights are all pattern recognition. I've done 4 of what I assume is 6 or 7 bosses, and every one of those bosses has had a creative and unique design, but lacks much challenge. Some I did in 1 attempt, whilst others I did in 2 or 3. None were bad or totally uninteresting, but basically all of them evoked a response like "that was kinda interesting". Unfortunately, some mildly interesting bosses aren't enough to carry the game.
