I love this game. If you enjoy jumping into a game world where you have very little idea of what's going on, and must learn as you go, I highly recommend giving Rogue Islands a try. The barrage of information at the start in lieu of a tutorial felt a little overwhelming, but it didn't end up being a problem for me. Like most roguelikes, Rogue Islands is set up for you to learn the game by failing over and over until you get the hang of it, so I figured it out as I went, and I had a blast doing it.
