Quantum Odyssey has a great premise, and that was what attracted me to it in the first place. Traditional explanations of quantum computing felt way too abstract for me, so I hoped that an interactive, puzzle-based approach might make the concepts more intuitive. Unfortunately, the game only partly succeeds at this. The main problem is the lack of clear explanation. Important concepts are often oversimplified, while much of the necessary information is buried in the library rather than introduced directly through guided examples. As a result, many puzzles become exercises in trial and error rather than understanding. Some can certainly be solved by reasoning, but others left me simply ...
