It's far from ideal. Don't expect anything like Football Manager of recent years. There aren't too many tactical options. The interface is not as intuitive and polished. There are some unrealistic nuances like salaries spread evenly across the year which can become problematic when you don't have games to play and therefore no income. However I've been enjoying the game so far. There are some interesting ideas that are missing from the big mainstream series. You can build infrastructure around the team: increase income through non-sport methods like building a bar near the arena or expanding the parking space. There doesn't seem to be a hard limit on age, concerning the player development...
