After playing through the entire story campaign of Primal Fears I feel ready to give my ultimate opinion on it. Primal Fears is an unpolished Top-Down Shooter game that becomes very repetitive and frustrating at times. From enemies that go through walls, the lackluster pick in weaponry, and the clunky camera controls made me realize that there are better games that do what this game does without such a headache. Primal Fears however does get some things right such as the beautiful lighting, the interesting set pieces you have to fight your way through, and the upgrade systems that are permanent across different levels and modes.
