General: Very Positive en Steam
Recomendado
A very short, and yet quite repetitive, puzzle-platformer, saved by a great visual style. The game features 4 different environments rendered in a very beautiful painted style. However, the animations are a bit less polished, and some camera variations could have improved certain sequences. The story is barely present and open to interpretation, because there is no text and some situations felt rather ambiguous to me. What gives Out of Line a certain originality is the protagonist's spear. The spear is principally used to create temporary platforms on walls where it is thrown, to manipulate mechanisms by acting as a lever and to trigger things from distance.
