bought this game exclusively for the steam profile background but it turned out to be a really cool narrative game, albeit a short one. The only minigame here is making and indie game. It's intentionally made to be boring and monotonous kinda representing the monotony and tediousness of actual indie game development. This encourages the player to try other activities out of boredom instead of working on their game. The protagonist has dreams about childhood and time apparently representing a constant nostalgia for a carefree childhood and a fear of wasting time. You could replace indie game dev with pretty much any activity and the meaning would remain the same. All the other activitie...
