Although positioned as a city-builder, it's not quite that. You're building the ship, while doing some exploring and following a fun story--but it feels like a play-it-once-type game. What is worse, the game is filled with traps--things the game should explain but doesn't and then you get screwed. If a science ship is investigating a planet, it's stuck there until you complete the task. So if you try doing the wrong thing at the wrong time, you're screwed.
