After 100 hours, I think Gray Zone Warfare’s biggest problem isn’t simply a lack of content. It’s a lack of depth. The graphics and atmosphere are genuinely good. When you first start playing, especially in the starting area, there is real tension. You’re thinking about where enemies might come from, where you should move, whether you should take cover, and how carefully you need to approach an area. That was exactly what I wanted from this game. But as you progress, that feeling almost completely disappears. The map is huge, but it also feels very dead. After visiting the same location a few times, you start memorizing exactly where the same groups of NPCs spawn. Same positions, same ...
