A deeply flawed, yet fun game. That's all the words you need to read really. The game had so much promise but I don't know if it's the developers or publishers that simply didn't care enough, or didn't have knowledge enough to make it better. The game is functional but it often feels deeply unfair against the player with enemies appearing anywhere and everywhere -- mostly right behind you and pretty much all the time. With the main way to defeat enemies relies on using lightsources that burn out after like 45 seconds, and it makes for a frustrating experience. Your flashlight won't be enough.
