I really wanted to like 303 Squadron: Battle of Britain, but unfortunately it ended up being a pretty disappointing experience. First of all, the graphics feel very outdated and lack detail, which makes it hard to get immersed. The gameplay outside of flying doesn’t help either — riding a bicycle around the airfield gets boring very quickly. Seriously, why not at least give the player a motorcycle or something more engaging? Everything in the game feels stiff and unpolished. There are no proper takeoffs or landings, which is a huge missed opportunity for a flight game. The combat itself is frustrating rather than exciting.
